Arita Baaijens op TEDXWomen Amsterdam – Iconic landscapes as a source for innovation

The sacred landscape needs a mother or farther to tell us what actions we can or cannot do with earth. Fascinated by how humans (inter)act in intense circumstances Arita Baaijens set out to explore the deserts of Egypt and Sudan. She is a world traveller, biologist, author, photographer, and fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, the Explorers Club, the Long Riders Guild and Wings Worldquest. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
